Kutchan is a lovely city with friendly locals and widespread English proficiency, making communication easy. There are plenty of options for renting or purchasing snowboard gear, which is convenient for enthusiasts. Overall, I will definitely return to Kutchan.

The ingredients and the cooking is first class. The staff is the most welcoming staff we ever met in Japan - and that is something. The open Bath is just great. The water is original onsen water. Relaxing in the rotemburo watching the clouds on Mount Yotei is paramount. The design of the room is a fantastic mixture of Japanese tradition and modern architecture. The room, the equipment, the furniture- all fantastic.

The owners were extremely nice and communicated everything well. There a bus stop for both directions at the entrance making it very accessible to either town. When I got hurt and had to go to the hospital the grandma at the property who used to be a nurse helped re bandage my ankle after the hospital didn’t do a good job and everyone checked on me every day. I highly recommend this place to anyone who comes to niseko/kutchan, whatever the season.

Super clean and central in Kutchan for all the restaurants and night life. Be prepared that the rooms are very tight, especially with snowboard bags and luggage but as long as you set it up so that everything goes back in its place it’s a great little room. We’ll be back next time we’re in Hokkaido!

He carried our bags for us. The toilet is good. Warm toilet seat, adjustable pressure for water spray and even air dryer and air freshener after using the toilet! Also appreciate there's a 24-hour convenient store next to the hotel.

The owners are friendly and helpful and make you feel at home. There is a common room to hang out after skiing and chat to other guests. Can highly recommend staying here for a unique niseko experience!

The room is equipped with a kitchen, which was very great because there aren’t many restaurants out there. We bought food from supermarket and this is the best way to enjoy food in this town.
